Our "Classic" Product Line

The warp-resistant tubular steel construction of BATOR Classic doors is based on a sturdy and durable design. Fabrication quality and precision engineering achieve optimum operational performance and reduce wear over a prolonged period.

Static loads
The Classic series with its frame construction is particularly suitable for doors of up to 8 meters in height and is also capable of resisting extreme wind loads.

Panels/Door filling
Sandwich elements - made of Eco-por isolation core with metal sheets galvanised on both sides - provide for excellent insulation quality. The door is also protected against driving rain and internal corrosion, as it is sealed on either side. Retaining strips which use the BATOR clip system facilitate the replacement of damaged fillings, however, where safety requirements are particularly strict, the retaining strips are screwed on.

The following inserts are also available:
  • all glass designs
  • panels with sound insulation
  • wire mesh
  • wood
Standard accessories
Our optional BATOR products make our doors even easier to use:
  • pass doors with rubber seal surround, mortise latch and door latch.
  • door stop for pass doors to prevent damage caused by strong winds.
  • door-closing device for pass doors with adjustable close speed brake for automatic closing of doors.
  • water bar for doors which open outwards
  • folding bow to open door wings to 180° (max. 3 wings per side)

Door drive
The Bator drive aggregate for automatic folding doors consists of a three-phase A.C. motor with spring-operated brake. The arrangement of the drive arm allows the door to open and close without jerking. The closed door is systematically barred by the position of the drive arm. The control is based on the Siemens PLC S7-200 and also processes the profibus signals of building automation systems.
